This is where cities with splendid palaces and royal mansions evoke their princely past, where forts dominate the barren surrounds, where riotous colours tease your senses, where traditions live on ….this is indeed the most popular destination for visitors to India, Rajasthan or the Land of Kings. We show you the known sights, and take you to remote regions to immerse in the spirit that defines the State, its natural warmth and hospitality, and a strong sense of pride. We also spend time seeking the tiger, the king of the forest, and see the most beautiful building ever built, a king's tribute to his departed love, the Taj Mahal. We stay in places that help us take in the spirit of the land, else we use comfortable hotels with first class facilities and tried and tested service.

  • Days 1 & 2 - Delhi

Arrive into Delhi, transfer to the colonial Maidens Hotel (or the modern luxuriant Grand Hotel); we visit Lutuen's New Delhi with its tree-lined boulevards and its World Heritage sites - Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar. We take a rickshaw ride in the bazaars of Chandni Chowk, see the largest mosque in India, the Jama Masjid and visit Sheesh Gunj Gurudwara.

A welcome dinner in traditional setting has been arranged.

A visit to the theatre is included, to enjoy a dance-drama narrating the story of the Taj.
